Founding Director Chris Dancey is a dual qualified English/Australian lawyer, a former Asia Pacific regional General Counsel of major listed, international recruitment firm Hays PLC. Chris worked for a number of years as an international legal recruitment consultant and consequently understands operational delivery and commercial objectives within the recruitment industry.
During his extensive legal, governance and business career, he has worked within some of the world’s leading international law firms, Norton Rose Fulbright and King & Wood Mallesons and leading corporations, such as Vodafone PLC. His formal compliance, risk and governance credentials include being a Chartered Company Secretary and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
For the past 20 years he has worked in Sydney and Singapore as a general counsel, risk, compliance and governance professional helping support and grow businesses throughout the Asia Pacific region. He has set up several in house legal departments, latterly in Asia, and has built them into world class functions. His work in the region was recently acknowledged by the Legal 500 in its GC Power List Asia Pacific.
Celina is a member of CPA Australia. She received her Masters of Professional Accounting from the University of Sydney in 2010. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2000.
Celina has extensive experience as a Group Accountant for over 10 years in the Hospitality, Information Technology, Healthcare, Insurance; and Media and Entertainment industries. In her years of experience, she has managed to oversee finance functions, ensure compliance with applicable financial reporting standards and comply regulatory requirements of top corporations with operations in multiple countries.
As an Information Systems expert, Celina is also trained to analyze timely and accurate information to assist executive of top corporations in making well-informed decisions
Government Liaison Officer
Jen received her Bachelors degree in Finance at the Saint Louis College, Philippines.
Jen is trained to provide high-level administrative support to company executives by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. Jen also has experience liaising with different government agencies for regulatory requirements.
